Do I need my own land?

Yes, you will need your own land. If you still haven't purchased land, we can refer some real estate agents in the area to help you.

Do I need an architect?

An architect is not required. However, we're happy to recommend a few trusted professionals in the area. If you already have an architect in mind or are currently working with one, we would be glad to collaborate with them. 

What kind of warranty is provided?

Minimum of 1 year warranty on all parts of home. Different trades will have extended warranties included. 

Can I make changes during construction?

Yes, we welcome any changes you may want and try to work through them during the build process. 

How long will it take to build my house or complete my project?

Depending on design and square footage of the house, timelines can range anywhere from 10 months to 2 years.
